Dear Verizon Corporate,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to urgently seek your assistance in retrieving phones that were inadvertently sent to your distribution center. This error has put me in a dire situation, as I am a teacher and cannot afford the costly repercussions of this mistake in the amount of $2890.

My husband, in an attempt to be helpful, mistakenly placed the wrong label on two boxes containing brand new phones belonging to T-Mobile, which were supposed to be returned to them. These devices are valued at thousands of dollars, and as a teacher, I simply cannot afford to reimburse T-Mobile for their loss. In our excitement to return to Verizon after only a short hiatus, we abruptly broke up with T-Mobile in a nasty way so they demanded we return their new devices, to which we agreed. It was an honest mistake. I am attempting to alleviate any burden of guilt this error may financially cost our family and desperately need your help.

The confusion arose when we received two labels from Verizon in our box. My husband assumed that both boxes needed to be returned to Verizon, leading to the incorrect shipment. Despite my efforts to intercept the packages, UPS informed me that I was not the one who created the label and could not assist in rerouting them.

T-Mobile refuses to credit my account without the return of the devices, further exacerbating the urgency of this situation. I have reached out to Verizon multiple times today, as well as UPS, but unfortunately, no one has been able to provide a solution to retrieve the phones from your distribution center since it does not have a direct phone number.

assure you, all the phones are new and are the property of T-Mobile, adding to the urgency of their retrieval. They are not phones for trade-in.

Like many American families we live pay-check to pay-check and cannot afford this honest mistake. We currently pay a lot for our sonโ€™s therapies , being that he has severe autism and other health concerns. Which is why we are imploring you to please assist us in rectifying this desperate situation. Any guidance or support you can provide to facilitate the return of these phones to T-Mobile would be greatly appreciated.
