So I decided to get a new plan and two iphones. I did it online because of the deal. I had the option to do Port on the go which meant that the phones would be here today. I picked the online time they had available 7-9. I noticed I couldn't track it so I called them and the lady said it was because it was a port to go delivery. It's now 9:30 and I don't have my phones. They took my money though which wasn't cheap. I can't log into my Verizon to see anything because it says I'm a guest. The lady on the phone said that I should get an email informing me that they are on their way and I never any emails at all besides the order receipt. She did tell me that if they went delivered by the set time then they go back to the warehouse and didn't tell me what to do if that happens. Of course they are now close so if anyone has any suggestions I'd love to know. I'm so frustrated, one of the phones is a Christmas gift to my son who has never had a phone that doesn't run on wifi.
