Promised an Extender - it's been 6 months...

I am so disappointed in Verizon that I don't know where to begin. My Zoom calls freeze and drop. I called and complained, and they talked me into upgrading and promised to send a free extender with the upgrade. It has been 6 months, and I have been paying for the upgrade, and my calls still are dropping. I have called at least 5 times asking for the extender and have been told they are still on backorder. Really? For 6 months, not one person has received an extender? I plan on returning to AT&T because at least I wsn't afraid of losing my job from missed meetings. I will also have to decide if I want to move our cell phones over or not.
