On November 13th I ordered monitors to my house with express shipping because they were on sale. After looking at them I realized that I actually should not have bought the monitors but it was too late to cancel the order. So I refused the monitors to my house and had UPS send them back to the warehouse so that I could get refunded. I was told by ups and verizon agents that they have received my monitors back to the Verizon warehouse on November 20th. However I got no email or update from ups and Verizon about this. Anyways I was also told that I should get my refund soon after that, which I have not. I was also told that my situation was an odd case because I apparently my monitors were ordered through Verizon without an account? So I am confused on how I would have done that. I have talked to so many agents and they have not been able to help with my refund. I just talked to an agent today and they set up a ticket for me but I do not know how to access that ticket because I have the ticket number but I donโt know how to check the update of it. I also saw that you should get an email or text message after a ticket is created for you which I did not get either of. I was told to call back tomorrow and they will give me an update on the situation. I am just confused on what is going on and why it is so hard for Verizon to help me with my refund. This has been very frustrating for me and I just want to make sure that I actually get refunded. If someone could let me know how to check a Verizon ticket that would be helpful.
