Recently I have made a new line on my account to add somebody on. They were going to pay me phone off monthly. I paid a one-time for 83 dollars. Thanks went about and someone in their family had offered to add them to their line. So I noticed the phone have not been shipped yet and I canceled it. Canceling the new line and the phone. Would I get a refund of $83 for canceling the order since it had not shipped yet.
