I placed an order on Dec 1st for new device as I don’t have a phone. Verizon did a credit check and then debited my money from my card. After taking my money I was told they can not give me service because my id had a crack. I was told 2-5 business days. That was all the money I had. I could have bought a cheap phone as I have kids. To take $300 from someone with out verifying identity is unacceptable. Then to make me wait for my money back. I have no way of contacting anyone as I don’t have a phone but all my funds where taking to start service that I was never approved for. Every rep I spoke to did not have an answer as to why the ID check was not done before debiting my funds. Where is my refund
