HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been trying to get $1060 refunded FOR 6 WEEKS for a phone order I canceled and never received. I have spoken to 7+ customer service reps, spent as many hours on the phone with them, have been lied to repeatedly, and still have no resolution.  What can I do to have this resolved short of suing verizon?
