Hello,

I’m reaching out regarding a recent order that was canceled due to an eligibility issue. I was informed that I did not qualify, but no specific reason was provided. As a first-time Verizon customer, I found it unusual that I wasn’t given more clarity on the decision.

I was also told that my refund of $169 would be processed within 3 business days. However, it has now been over a week, and I have not yet received the refund.

Could you please provide an update on the status of my refund and any additional information regarding the cancellation?
