Removal of TV and Phone Services

I placed an order to have my TV service and in home Phone line removed over a month ago to lower my bills. Verizon has not taken an action and is continuing to bill me at an anatomical rate. How can I get this processed and lower my cost? It seems like my order has been placed on the back burner in favor of my large monthly payments. Please help me.
