Replacement phone

I have been waiting since Feb 8th for a replacement phone since my phone doesn't work properly (Samsung 22 ultra) no network, not registered , can't make calls etc. I had my phone over a year. Started having these problems in November they replaced my phone December having same issues again. They sent in for another replacement Feb 8th and phone is on backorder. No resolution.  No phone service Yet I bet Verizon will still collect there monthly payment right? I pay way too much and have been with Verizon way to long for them not to resolve this. Very unhappy customer
