So I returned my device to this address in Whiteland Indiana (not Forth Worth where I had to use one other time). When I did the Forth Worth return it was fine and it was tracked from the time it was shipped this time it doesn't even show the tracking on the Verizon site, but UPS shows it was signed for and delivered. I have read comments where this location is known for not processing things properly or "losing things" I certainly hope that is not the case here.
Does anyone have any experience with returns to this location? Ugh why can't Verizon just be easy to work with. I should have gone to the store but they said that they just box and return it and I felt like I wouldn't have a receipt and this way I do but it doesn't appear to be much better.
Any help would be appreciated.
