Had a defective device that I packaged up and sent back to the Fort Worth DC on May 1st, 2023. Tracking label was sent from Verizon with my replacement phone. Received Message that I will be billed $1399 as the device was never received. I can't find the tracking number anymore and I know the device was sent. Seems to be a reoccurring issue with returns through the Fort Worth Returns and UPS. I should not have to pay for their issue
