Last month i sent back a refurbished device that I no longer wanted. I did this all over the phone and was sent a return envelope to be sent to the returns department in fort worth texas. 4801 Mercantile Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76137. I was not provided a return tracking number. I put the phone in the envelope and sent it back . Later I started getting notifications asking for the device to be returned. I called in and the agent on the phone said that it was in the warehouse and hasnt been processed yet. Now I get a text message saying that I now owe $2000 dollars for a non-returned device. Support is now claiming that they have no call record or tracking records or records that a second envelope was sent out. Verizon has completely screwed up every step of this return and now wants me to pay $2000 for it. I'm filing a dispute with the FCC!
