S24 misorder

Status of s24 needs to be removed from my account. I have an s21. Which is ***** imei I never owned s24. I am using my s21 until this is all resolved and I can order my ultra s24 S24 was never opened, sent by mistake by Verizon Return # ***** authorized by Verizon. It is in your warehouse!!!!! Pamela
