Same day delivery is nowhere to be found

I knew I should’ve just ordered 2 day or picked it up, but I stupidly picked same day delivery when I ordered a watch yesterday morning. I scheduled for 5-7pm and the tracking said out for delivery.

It never came, and STILL has not come.  I have no idea where it is and the 3 CSR reps I spoke to have no idea either. They don’t even know the company that’s supposed to be delivering it. No one will cancel it, no one will do any digging to see what’s going on. I’m not giving Verizon a red cent until I receive it.
