Hello,

I recently sent in my old iphone 12 pro and iphone X by dropping them off at the UPS store, I have receipts for two packages with two separate tracking numbers, I physically saw the lady scan both of my QR codes in the store. Both packages arrived to Verizon and they've only emailed me about the iPhone X so far. Has anyone else had this happen? What can I do? Thanks!
