Service issues

I switched to Verizon from T-Mobile. I never had Verizon before but always heard it was the best cell phone provider, like top notch.
okay so to begin with why do I have to get charged an activation fee when I submitted the ports myself? I get it, I needed a port out pin. I believe that’s something I should’ve been able to update on my end instead of having to call customer service.. and Where in the world does it give you the right to cancel the order I submitted and re process a new order then CHARGE ME THE ACTIVATION FEES. I used to work for Metro By T-Mobile I clearly know how the port in process works. Why not offer customer to cancel the existing and tell me to try and submit it, I could’ve saved myself money!
now instead of a nice bill I have this expensive bill over 3 activation fees all because the reps decided to create a whole new order.
so then finally, my lines switch, I receive the SIM card I need. Just to find out the port hasn’t completed because the calls were being sent to voicemail. Another big inconvenience. And yes that was after 24 hours.
finally I have service on my lines just to find out that where I live is pretty much a dead zone. LTE signal and one bar, little to almost no signal.
my husband and I were out taking our kids to the indoor playground somewhere else in the city and his signal drops it goes to SOS

so does mine, very randomly.  A lot of HORRRRIIIBBBLLLEE RECEPTION. slow internet usage. Bad service between calls, man I mean it when I say this is the worst experience I ever had. Not even with boost mobile and they aren’t any competition to Verizon. Yes my phones are up to date, software up to date. If you ask me I have all the check marks marked off.
and I know this 100% because I used to work in the cell phone industry for 4 years. Anyways I just wanted to share my frustration. People deserve to know not to switch to this company.
