Shipping Through Verizon

The shipping process through Verizon is terrible. The worst experience I have ever had getting a shipped product. Verizon puts “restrictions” on its packages  making it impossible to get the package unless you take time off of work to just sit there and wait. I missed my package delivery so  I called UPS. I had wanted my package routed to a UPS Access Point again because I work. UPS told me my package couldn’t be redirected to a UPS Access Point for pick up due to these restrictions. I was instructed to call Verizon. I called them and got an offshore rep who had no idea what she was doing. She said she has never heard of shipping restrictions with Verizon. She also had to have a woman in the background answer all my questions resulting in me being on hold multiple times because she couldn’t answer them herself she was so poorly trained. I eventually said never mind I want a refund take the phone back. They told me they couldn’t guarantee me a refund. She said she could cancel everything but couldn’t guarantee my money back. She was extremely rude and snappy. So now here I am waiting for a package missing work because Verizon hasn’t got a clue on how to help its shipping customers. I would advise others to never have a shipped Verizon product. For as much as I pay a month I expected way better customer service.
