at the end of August beginning of September I spoke with customer support about the lack of signal that I have been receiving in my area for the past three years as a customer. I was told that they would send me a booster it would arrive within two weeks that order was never sent or even submitted end of September. I did the same thing with customer service. They told me it would take a month again for me to receive the signal booster. It is now almost the end of October and I still have no clue where the signal booster is at

The Askey LTE Network Extender (ASK-SFE116) was on backorder for months as result of Verizon sending text messages out to customers that it would be removing the Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender 2 (SLS-BU10B) off the account within 45 days and thus customers calling in to get a new one sent out. If the agents placed the order correctly (after getting waiver approval), you should have received a email order confirmation advising of its arrival or backorder and be able to see this information in MyVerizon Orders page. It appears from the product page (https://www.verizon.com/products/verizon-lte-network-extender), there might be stock available to ship out by the soonest of Nov 10.

Do you have an order number in your account?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
