Where do I start? I guess we'll start with seven or eight phone calls and chats to get one phone upgraded and add a line and it took eight phone calls then, they weren't here on time so I called and they said that they were ready to ship the next day no phones. So I called again talked to three different people again and he said that it was confirmed it would be here within 24 hours they had my wrong address I've been a customer for over 7 years and I have not moved I've not changed it one time the other phone ended up showing up and the bill shows up but this other phone is nowhere still not here so now it's still not here again and it's been over 24 hours since he said 24 hours. Top it off I was also offered a gift card when I was ordering the phone and that nobody seems to know anything about now. As well as the actual offer that I called about to begin with nobody knew about it either it's just really frustrating. And this isn't the first time I went through this over a year ago adding to my plan and getting an offer and it took me 16 phone calls in 2 months to get it right.now this time it's going on a week and 9 or 10 different agents and I was trying to get this done while my mother was out of town to surprise her with her new phone when she comes back later this evening so that's not going to happen.
