Can anyone help me on what to do next? I ordered 7 Iphones and they were never delivered. When looking into it, FedEx confirmed that the driver gave it to some random person a block away from my house and they signed my name. The FedEx person said that it had to be an inside job (either with FedEx or Verizon) since they had the tracking number. I opened up a police report and have the contact information from FedEx that it wasn't delivered to my house or to me. Verizon denied the claim because there was a signature even though it isn't mine and my name is even mispelled. I provided Verizon all of the information but they still are not crediting me the money I paid.
Be Warned!!!! In speaking with Fed Ex...this has been happening frequently!
If FedEx is telling you they mis-delivered your phones, isn't it on them to reimburse you? You said you have a police report out, so the only other thing I can think of is to report it to the BBB?
