Technition never showed

Recently moved and called 3 weeks prior to moving day to schedule installation for internet and tv. Been a customer for the past 3 years so i thought it should be an easy transition. Come installation day no one shows up during the window. Call, get bounced around and they say no one can make it out until Saturday (its Wednesday). Weird considering ive had an apt for 3 weeks at this point. After spending more time on the phone they assure me someone will be out to complete my installation the original date. Well no one showed up again. Now today Thursday morning i get told no one can make it out to install my services today either and have to wait. Long story short I'm canceling my service with Fios because you are incompetent to fufil your orders. You expect me to sit around all day for no one to show then expect me to do it again the next day. Learn how to get better customer service.
