I ordered an iPhone 15 PRO MAX and they sent an 15PRO.
They refuse to provide the correct item until I send mine back.
They suggest that once they receive it, then process it, they might approve me for the other phone.
I am so frustrated. Verizon made the mistake. I feel swindled. What recourse do I have?
I think I'm going to reverse the charge as fraudulent due to them not giving me the item I purchased.
