I ordered my phone with new line to return to Verizon after getting an email that I could get 800.00 off new IPhone 15 with new line. ordered online,have receipts etc , paid about 92.00 for tax etc and thought we were good. I confirmed email,but could not get DL to upload.reached out twice on 12/31 and 1/1 with no response, then started chatting on messenger and explained the problem-got runaround contacted daily and today I get an email at about 7:00 that my order has been successfully cancelled. I did not ask for that-I asked for help in getting them my lisence. Said call fraud dept -did and they said too bad but order cancelled .no talk of how I could get the 800.00 off as that deal now expired. She sent me back to customer care where after 45 min wait, she didn’t want to hear story and said it was cancelled since I was given a business line which is NEVER what I ordered-then she hung up! I really think they did this so didn’t have to honor the 800.00 off and this appears to be the case😡😡
