I shipped my old iPhone 12 in for trade in credit, and my account shows it was received on January 12, but it has not been "evaluated" yet. The terms of my offer were $830 as long as the phone was functional, so evaluation should be minimal. I have been a LONG time Verizon customer and almost switched when making this purchase, but decided to stay, but this is making me regret that decision.
How can I get the credit applied to my account as quickly as possible?
