Where to begin… June… yes that’s 4 months ago and counting. I had put in to have 2 of our iPhones upgraded with the promo at the time. The promo was $1,000 per phone to trade in on existing lines. I went through the online portal to trade in both phones to iphone 16. The old phones were dropped off at the local Verizon store and confirmed the promo of $1,000 per iphone. this would be credited on a monthly basis to each new phone for 3 years. Well that didn't happen so I called and was told it had been fixed and would show up on the next bill. It never gets fixed. I've lost count as to how many times I've called, get placed on hold while they "fix" the issue for a minimum of a hour… every time! Then get the same talking path of its all fixed and it will show up on the next statement. It's not fixed. I'm still paying full price for both phones. I don't understand how difficult it can be to enter a fixed credit on a monthly recurring basis.
I've had this plan for 17 years. But have been with Verizon a lot longer.
This is ridiculous.
