I sent my trade in devices as the shipping label stated to 2777 E Long Ave, Forth Worth TX. UPS delivered them and obtained a signature in July of 2023. It is now February of 2024 and Verizon still claims the items did not arrived. No one helps. Escalading team does not work. Customer Service cannot do much but open 100 tickets. The same lines are being told to me "Rest assure we will fix this" You will received your credit. 

Can anyone offer any insight or a way to talk to someone else other than customer service?
