I purchased a new iPhone and returned my trade in as directed using the Verizon provided packing and shipping label. I tracked the package and it shows it arrived in Haslet Texas UPS center and the package was damaged and thrown away. I called Verizon to report this. In fact I have called 4 times, each time spending hours dealing with representatives stating they could see the package was reported lost and damaged.
