UPS lost my set top box equipment, and Verizon wants me to file a claim, but UPS says Verizon needs to file the claim?
I spent over an hour chatting with a Verizon representative who kept saying that I need to file a missing claim with UPS. When calling UPS multiple times they keep claiming that Verizon and UPS have an agreement where Verizon should be filing the claim. But the Verizon representative keeps pushing back saying that I have to file the UPS claim, when UPS tells me I'm not allowed to file the claim.
I keep going in circles and now am also on the hook for the missing equipment fee. What am I supposed to do?
