I mailed my trade in phone and ups cannot locate it now. I contacted them they said I need to enter a claim. It will not let me. I contacted Verizon they have entered a ticket but I have not heard back from that. Tomorrow is the deadline for my trade in and I will be out my $300. credit. I cannot get any answers just the run around.
