I waited the appropriate time to order my free Nintendo Switch after signing up for Fios tv and internet. I received an email indicating item was shipped. UPS came to my house while I was at work, then came a second time, again, while I was at work. I did not know this item required a signature. So I received a note on my front door on Friday August 30 that UPS would try a third time on the next business day (which was Tuesday, September 3rd). I was prepared to be home all day on Tuesday until it arrived. However, UPS came the next day (Saturday August 31) and posted a note that this was their third attempt and the package would be shipped back to the sender (Verizon). I was EXTREMELY angry as I was not home for the holiday weekend. I have tried twice through the Chat and then last night via the phone and while being transferred to yet another person during that call, the line went dead. What is going on??? All I want is the Nintendo Switch sent back to me. I have the tracking number and the Order Number. This is not rocket science. I want what I was promised or I am going to switch internet/tv providers. I don't have any more time to waste trying to accomplish a realitively simple task. Please help.
