Dear Verizon Customer Service Team, On September 14, 2025, Verizon placed an order on my behalf for a new iPhone 16 line (phone 386-365-####), charging me $54.75 in taxes. Two days later-September 16-your fraud team canceled it because I didn't finish uploading identity docs. A rep told me the refund would hit my card in seven to ten business days. It's been almost three weeks and nothing. I've called every other day since September 26, waited hours on hold, then got cold-transferred-explaining the whole thing twenty times over to different reps who all vanish. Enough. Process the $54.75 back to the same card now. Confirm in writing by October eleven-and stop shuffling me around. If I don't get it by then, I'll have to escalate it further. Sincerely, Jeremy

We are sorry to read you've been having issues with your order. In this case, orders are not charged unless they are shipped. If the order was cancelled due to the problems with fraud, the pending payment would not have gone through. Is the charge showing as pending or did it go through?
