Unable to pickup online order from locker

I placed an order online for a new phone and tablet. After getting the notification that it was ready to pick up in one of the 24/7 outdoor lockers, I drove to the store and checked in at the kiosk. It showed a square to open on the screen, but it would not open. The squares have no handles, and I either bumped it hard enough trying to open it, or it timed out on me... regardless, the order status now shows complete, but I was not able to retrieve the devices. Now what?
