How do I report an unprofessional chat session? I went online to ask about removing a SIM card prior to shipping an old phone as part of the recent iPhone deals. It took several attempts to get an answer because the Verizon agent was busy sending me "god's blessings" etc.
I did let the agent (or bot? or "live agent" AI?) know they were being inappropriate, and they thanked me for letting them know. 🙄 I also left a comment when being asked to rate the session. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to access a chat transcript anymore, so other than a few screenshots, I don't have any "proof". Anyone know how to report this kind of thing?
