Wanted to share my experience today. Was going to upgrade my iPhone and add a new line with IPad. When checking out the $200 gift card promo popped up. I contacted live chat to get the details and spent 90minutes of them trying to do my order for me, quoting me higher prices and fees than the app, for them to tell me the promo is for a new line only when I said the iPad will be a new line they responded that doesnโt count but I can buy 2 iPhones to get the promo. I explained several times I didnโt want or need two phones the agent was persistent in saying I should give one to a friend and have them on my plan lol. Eventually I had just leave the chat since I could not get a straight answer or place the order for the stuff I was asking for
