I have been on 4 chats today, with no resolution. Either kicked off chat, or just basically left with no reassurance or solutions. This after I purchased a iphone15 anyone have any advice?

YES I AGREE 100%!! I'VE TRIED TO CHAT WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY HAVE NOT HELPED ME ONE TIME WITH THE ISSUE I'VE PRESENTED TO THEM!! THEY SIMPLY REPEAT WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY TOLD THEM OR JUST START GIVING YOU INFORMATION FROM YOUR ACCOUNT LIKE YOU HAVE NO CLUE. THIS IS VERY AGGREVATING AND VERIZON DIDN'T USED TO BE LIKE THIS. THE REPS ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE WHAT SO EVER AND REALLY NEED TO BE RETRAINED AS FAR AS I CAN TELL. THEY END THE END JUST TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING WHICH JUST MAKES YOU EVEN MORE MAD AND IF YOU TELL THEM YOU AREN'T INTERESTED THEY JUST KEEP ON ABOUT NEW SERVICES. UM HELLO IF IM HAVING AN ISSUE RIGHT NOW WHY WOULD I ADD ANOTHER SERVICE? SALES ARE IMPORTANT BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE FIRST CONSIDERING THATS HOW YOU KEEP CUSTOMERS AND GET NEW ONES!
