VERIZON has me so darn UPSET!

So... Verizon has me so darn UPSET! I spend over $1,400 on a brand new mobile device + an Unlimited Phone Plan! I enter in all my details... Name, Address, Etc. However, these blind mice leading more blind mice, carelessly failed to include my Apartments "Building Number + Apartment Number." With that said, I'm literally unable to edit my details on My Verizon Account. So, end result stemming from that issue.... My time and MONEY completely wasted. Additionally, I gave them my mobile number that "VERIZON" themselves sent me contained within my purchase receipt, and it can't be located/found. Also, they couldn't find a darn thing with my "Tracking Number." Couldn't find anything via my "EMAIL",  and the list goes on. So, before I completely RAGE on their complete and utter incompetence, how can I call them directly and talk with an actual person? I've called 2 numbers which did absolutely NOTHING but waste additional and yet again unnecessary  time.
