1151 Galleria blvd Vector subcontractor of Verizon has a most rudest customer service. I have business accounts with them and when i went to upgrade my phone.. they kept lying 🤥 and said phone will be here in 2 days which never happened. Asked then for tracking number and manager said she doesn’t have it. Long story short when the phone came in my daughter 24 years old was told she can’t upgrade it because her contact is not over . My frustrated daughter called me … and when I called them on 1/5/2023 at 6 pm .. sales representative was so rude and told me she can’t help because she doesn’t know anything about plan. When asked how .. she said “ b” word “ I just “don’t “ know.
worst worst and rudest assistance work there. No help. I’m sure no one will come forward to say sorry but this is so unprofessional of Verizon.

Megan store manager at 1151 Roseville galleria Blvd inside Roseville Galleria Mall discriminated us really bad. We feel targeted . She was having attitude while doing our phone transfer and was not willing to transfer my daughters phone where as my daughters phone was eligible for upgrade. After asking her she said she doesn’t know why and her system is having glitch.
but my point is .., now she has started mocking me with another vector employee sorry I don’t know her name. Every time they are together they will make faces and will use “b” word .
please look into this matter as I have business in same mall and getting very disrespectful. We asked for cooperate number , their simple answer was .. “ we don’t have it.
