Verizon Cancelled My Order

I placed an order as a new customer on March 21, 2024. My status kept saying On Hold that I needed to verify something by March 25th so I called Verizon that evening and was told I had verified everything that was needed so they called the store where I was picking up my 2 devices while i was on hold. I was told that the store stated my order would be ready on March 22, 2024. March 23, 2024 at noon time checked my order status and it still states On Hold need to verify by March 25th. So I called Verizon again and am now being told my order was cancelled but they couldn't tell me why but they would be willing to order me two phones while on the phone, I said no since I wasn't refunded. Funny they are quick to take my money but wont refund as quick when they cancelled my order not me. Keep in mind, my order status is still showing On Hold and I even checked my bank account and I wasn't refunded. Has this happened to anyone ?
