Verizon Customer Service Agent lied to me on chat

I chatted with a customer service agent about a deal for a new phone for which I was eligible.

The agent lied about the terms, which I learned upon picking up my device at a local Verizon company store.

I have a documented transcript of the entire conversation, and would like to file a complaint with Verizon- and ask them to honor the promises made by their agent. 

I cannot find where or how to file a complaint, please advise.
