Hi All,
I did a preorder of the iPhone 16P on 9/13 and used $300 in VZ dollars. I ended up canceling the order later the same day and went direct to Apple for the preorder.
I notice that it’s been 2 weeks now and the $300 VZ Dollars still hasn’t been refunded to my balance. I chatted with customer service and they said it can take 5-7 business days, of which I’m at 10 business days as of today.
Is there a step I’m missing to properly get VZ dollars refunded?
