Verizon Home Internet supply chain problem

I have been a Verizon wireless customer for many years.. I am satisfied, for now, with my 5G service. But Verizon has corporate-wide issues. The quality of, and training of, salespeople in your stores varies from store to store. The "promise" of Home Internet has been , for at least a few years, only available to East Coast r metropolitan markets but your website in May, 2025, state it has become available in my region, San Diego County, CA. However, it is obvious from the inability to deliver the equipment I ordered online after an online claim of "(paraphrased) available at your selected store in 2 hours" , your company has supply chain issues. I am a patient person but this is your problem not mine. Now, 3 days later, I still see the same pending notice when I review my order status. Change your marketing, fix your phone and online customer support, and do not sell a product you do not have available.
