Same day delivery via pro on the go was chosen for a phone I ordered as a Xmas present. Phone was never picked up or delivered by pro service for same day delivery so instead of Verizon shipping same day via ups they sent it via ground now it’s arriving after Xmas and they say there’s nothing they can do about it unless I want to order and pay for another phone on a different line.
Terrible service and inaccurate information all the way around!
