I preordered the iPhone 16 pro max on September 12, and it said it was supposed to be delivered by 9/30.
so today being 10/1 I try to get ahold of someone to help, they screw me around for hours and then the clown cancels my order on text message support.
so I guess I’ll get my phone in November now? Since this clown put me on the bottom of the order list.
who can I contact that can actually help? 12 year customer with mobile and home services and they just clown around with me. So annoyed
