Verizon new line online order a complete nightmare already

I tried to order the new iPhone online but when I finished the address was missing pieces of information. Verizon rep canceled it and put the order in for me to make sure the address was 100% correct when entered, and it still ended up jumbled. This rep told me to wait until a shipping label is made and that they’d be able to contact fedex to change the address, but when that finally happened they couldn’t do it without some code that the rep “couldn’t get”. And now I’m told I can just cancel the order again or wait and hope it works itself out. My experience with Verizon has been an absolute nightmare and I haven’t even received my phone yet. Please, if anyone can help I would be forever grateful. Please 😞
