I ordered 2 new devices on 2nd Feb and it went on hold . I called in 24 hrs later and the fraud agent sent me a link to verify my ID which I did successfully but nothing changed.
I got another notification my account was partially restricted and I have to call the customer protection team and on the 7th my order got cancelled .
I called again later yesterday 7th , after speaking with the Fraud Department who connect the call to her manager as well .
all issues were resolved and I got another email of the cancelled order been approved and sent for processing .
but, the order status shows cancelled still and the front desk customer service said the order even though the remarks on my account shows approved but the order itself show cancelled . I’m confused .
