Very Frustrated! Replacement Remote-11 days, 3 chats, 10 agents, > 3 hours total and no new remote!

In initial troubleshooting chat, tech stated I needed a new FIOS One Voice Remote.  After about an hour of back and forth the tech supposedly arranged for a new remote to be shipped next day.

Three days later when remote never arrived, I started a chat to get a tracking number which they couldn't provide.  One hour, four agents (tech, customer service, billing, then back to tech), where I was ultimately told that remotes are not shipped overnight and I would receive in 3-5 days. 

Which it didn't.

Now 10 days later, on with Verizon again today for almost 90 minutes and after 3 different techs (tech, billing, tech), I was  assured that  new remote would be shipped for overnight delivery.  

Fingers crossed...

Frankly, I have had virtually no issues with FIOS for the 3½ years I've had FIOS.  One issue with our router which was quickly resolved.  

But this has been exasperating.
