I ordered two pairs of airpod pros (2nd gen) on December 8 as Christmas gifts and said they’d ship the next day. They still haven’t shipped and I wasnt able to change my order to pick them up at my local store, even though they are in stock there. I purchased them with gift cards and was told I probably couldn’t get a refund to that but I also have no clue if I’ll ever receive my order???? Losing my mind.
