I ordered a phone and I added a line to my account. I did this last week and I was told on Tuesday and yesterday that my phone was going to be here by yesterday at 8 PM and wouldn’t you know it? It didn’t show up. I have called multiple times, I have chatted multiple times And I have emailed multiple times. No one can seem to get my phone sent out and I need it for my job. I get passed from one person to the next. Nobody can tell me anything, or they just hang up or don’t respond to the chat. I either want my phone immediately or I will just cancel my entire account . I have never dealt with Issues like this with any other phone company. So I guess doing this is the only way I can get any type of response
