A month ago I upgraded my phone and requested my new iPhone to shipped to my house. Long story short the phone got stolen in transit and the ups guy took the box and raised a damaged item issues on the ups side.

i contacted Verizon and told them the item got stolen and was never received. The Verizon agent submitted a ticket and few days later the ticket got close saying that my account had many claims about lost/stolen items.

In my 10 years with Verizon this is the first time that I have done a claim like this.

All the agents that I talked to are useless and so far is being a month a I donโ€™t have a phone and I still have to pay for the monthly payments.

I have tried to contact a supervisor/manager a no one from Verizon cares.

posting this to make awareness about the terrible customer service experience.

and I need someone to help in case this happened To someone else.
